By using Comfort you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old.
2. Your account. You are responsible for activity on your account. Sign in is via Apple or Google; keep your provider account secure.
3. Your content. You own the photos and information you post. You grant Doris Legacy AI LLC a license to host and display that content within the app to provide the service. Only upload content you have the right to share.
4. Acceptable use. No harassment, hate, impersonation, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual content, spam, or illegal activity. Comfort is an inclusive community for all genders and bodies; discrimination is prohibited.
5. Moderation. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms. Reporting and blocking tools are provided in the app.
6. Events and third-party activities. The Events section shows events happening nearby and nationally for discovery only. Events are organized by third parties, not by Comfort. Saying "I'll attend" only shares your interest with the community. Comfort, its developers, and its parent company do not organize, host, endorse, book, sell tickets for, or guarantee any event, venue, travel, or activity, and are not responsible or liable for them, including for accessibility information (which may be estimated). Travel links open third-party services governed by their own terms. Always confirm details with the organizer and attend at your own discretion and risk.
7. Assumption of risk. Comfort is a discovery and communication platform. You alone decide whom to talk to, whom to meet, which events to attend, which venues to visit, and which links, stores, or services to use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you assume all risk arising from your use of the service and from any interaction, meeting, purchase, travel, or activity it helps you discover, whether online or in person.
8. Release. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Doris Legacy AI LLC, its owners, developers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, damages, and losses arising out of or connected with your use of the service, your interactions with other members or third parties, third-party events, venues, links, and content, and any information (including accessibility information, which may be estimated) shown in the app.
9. Indemnification. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Doris Legacy AI LLC, its owners, developers, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your content, your conduct, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
10. No warranty / limitation of liability. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doris Legacy AI LLC's total liability for any claim arising from the service will not exceed the greater of USD 100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Termination. You may stop using Comfort and delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
12. Changes. We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance.
